My name is Brian Eberhart, and I have been teaching in the Altoona Area School District since 1993. My career path started out at Wright Elementary where I spent nine years. I continued teaching at Pleasant Valley Elementary for five years where I was very fortunate to pioneer the first hand held computers with my students utilizing blue tooth communication and beaming. From there, I spent four years teaching at Logan Elementary school. After that, I had the opportunity to spend one year as a Literacy Instructor at Ebner Elementary. This experience provided me the challenge to work with students who were struggling readers. Currently, I have been here at Juniata Elementary for the past three years. I am a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Kindergarten Education. I completed my post graduate work at Saint Francis University. When I am not here at Juniata, I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife Kami and I have three wonderful children Keelie, Bryant, and Bryce. In addition, I truly enjoy competitive running, hunting, and fishing.
